Walking with Jesus - Reflections from Week 3
Updated: Dec 28, 2020
We're into week three of #kkmcwwj, have you began to see our little island and our Lord in a different light? This week we have Ming Cherng and his group of DK6 Advent-urers to share their reflections:
They meditated on Psalm 23, conquered the "boardwalks of Righteousness" and even made it to an eventual scrumptious fellowship lunch at MacRitchie's Reservoir's Mushroom Cafe!
Another pair also took time time off to spend time in nature (and nurture) with the Lord --- Siang and Elaine have this to share:
No other love is greater than Jesus'
as He has laid down His life for us, and this love is steadfast and unceasing. We can walk daily with Jesus, take up His cross and follow Him because this love shelters us, motivates us and lifts us up to the heights with Him.
How can I fully understand
The Saviour's love for me?
The unceasing love that sets me free
The merciful love that secures me
And lifts me up on eagle's wings
Teach me Lord to
Lay down my life
Take up my cross
And follow You
From here to eternity.
We hope their sharing has inspired you to walk this week! Do continue to seek out the Lord this advent season and fellowship with His beloved this week!
Also, do remember to share with us your reflections for this week and hashtag #kkmcwwj as you post on your socials! Have a blessed week!
